We are looking for a dedicated Internal Support Analyst to join our team and help us maintain high levels of user uptime and computing performance. You will report to the Manager of Desktop and A/V Support, playing a key role in identifying and resolving technical issues while continuously improving our internal systems.

Responsibilities

Provide expert support for Windows 11 and macOS operating systems.
Manage and troubleshoot standard applications, including Microsoft Office, Exchange, and distribution groups.
Oversee policies through Azure AD and Microsoft Intune, including the deployment of applications and devices via Autopilot.
Serve as a Teams Administrator to configure call routing and support conference room audio/video hardware.
Handle security incident responses and vulnerability management using ServiceNow.
Administer Office 365 services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Troubleshoot remote connectivity, including VPN and RDP access.
Maintain clear documentation and technical standards as our technology stack evolves.
Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Must-haves

Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting both Windows 11 and macOS environments.
Proficiency with scripting languages, specifically PowerShell and Linux Shell.
Proven ability to solve complex problems and make informed technical decisions.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
A deep intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn new IT concepts and software.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $73,895 - $82,445.

Hybrid work schedule.
