Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend qualified healthcare professionals who align with our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
- Provide the necessary contact information for your referrals to ensure our Talent Acquisition team can effectively reach out to them.
- Facilitate the hiring process by optionally submitting your referral's resume to help us better understand their professional background and experience.
Requirements
- A deep professional network within the healthcare industry.
- A strong understanding of the qualifications required for clinical roles such as Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Directors.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively advocate for your referrals.
- A Senior level of professional insight to identify candidates who will thrive in our specific care environment.
What we offer
We value the contributions of our team members in helping us grow, and we offer a structured referral bonus program to show our appreciation for your efforts.
- For successful referrals of On-Site Providers, you will receive a $2,500 bonus after the referred individual completes their 90-day probationary period.
- For successful referrals of Staff and Care Coordinators, you will receive a $500 bonus after the referred individual completes their 90-day probationary period.
