What you bring
As a senior member of our team, you will serve as a vital link between our leadership and our employees. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. You will focus on elevating our internal communication strategies and ensuring our brand values resonate throughout the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with our broader company goals.
- Collaborating directly with our executive leadership to craft and deliver impactful messages, including presentations and internal memos.
- Planning and managing internal events, such as company-wide meetings and team-building activities, to foster a strong corporate culture.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least seven years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement, ideally within the fast-paced SaaS or technology sector. We are looking for someone who excels at project management and can handle multiple priorities with ease. You must be a creative thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and finding innovative ways to reach diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working across various teams to ensure our messaging remains consistent and inclusive. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable navigating a dynamic, evolving work environment.
