About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Control Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. In this mid-level role, you will assist in mapping operational, financial, and compliance processes. You will be responsible for identifying and deploying internal controls, mitigating risks, and testing the effectiveness of these controls against international frameworks. This position is vital for identifying control gaps, analyzing testing results, and developing actionable recommendations for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute second-line control assessments in accordance with our group framework, ensuring all testing evidence and results are properly documented.
- Monitor the first-line self-assessment process and coordinate the review calendar to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Support the implementation of control testing automation to improve monitoring efficiency and reduce reliance on manual performance.
Requirements
- Professional experience in risk management, specifically regarding control mapping, testing, and the implementation of improvements.
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks such as COSO and relevant financial regulations.
- Professional proficiency in English, with a minimum C1 level.
- Background in the financial services or fintech sector.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is based in our São Paulo office. We operate under a hybrid model, which requires four days in the office and one day working from home each week.
