Join the Team as Internal Account Manager!  

As an Internal Account Manager, you are part of the Sales team at AmbaFlex. In this role, you are responsible for managing opportunities, quotations, and orders, actively contributing to product development and process improvement. You work closely with internal departments and customers, taking commercial responsibility for assigned accounts and collaborating closely with the Area Sales Managers (ASMs).

In your activities you will always ensure that AmbaFlex is seen as a reliable & professional business partner.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned customers, maintain regular contact, and ensure they are satisfied with the delivered services and products.

  •  Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, resolving them quickly or referring them to the appropriate department.

  • Collaborate with the ASM to follow up on leads, open opportunities, create quotations, and process orders. Ensure that customer requests are handled promptly.

  • Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services to existing customers.

  • In close collaboration with ASMs working on development of the business in the area via reactivating sleeping accounts, or warming up new and existing contacts.

  • In collaboration with ASM / RSM Oversee negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.

  • Track and report sales results and customer interactions to support better decision-making.

  • Gather customer feedback and forward it to the appropriate departments to improve processes.

  • Stay informed about market trends and competition to better serve customers.

  • Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with applicable standards and regulations.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for a sales-driven, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related major.

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales related management in capital equipment industry, material handling in packaging or logistics is a plus.

  • Has strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on results.

  • Is proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, solving problems with a customer-first attitude.

  • Is a team player with a commercial mindset and experience working in international environments.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with sales tools is a plus.
