Work directly with our CFO and gain hands-on experience in finance and Kickstart your career with us.

Your Mission

Work with cross-functional teams on financial metrics, risk assessments, and scenario planning.

Support initiatives related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance, including data collection and reporting.

Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Support the planning and execution of transformation processes alongside the CFO, contributing to key organizational changes that align with company growth goals.

Enhance processes and implement tools to drive long-term growth for MARKT-PILOT.

Assist in ensuring data accuracy and completeness across systems.

Assist in tracking and maintaining compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.

Your Skills

Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Research Skills: Able to conduct detailed market research and summarize findings in a clear, concise manner.

Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.

Conceptual Thinking: A proactive and conceptual mindset, with a genuine interest in SaaS and B2B business models.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
