About the Role

We are looking for an Intern Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is designed for students who are ready to dive into a fast-paced, agile environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our platform by building scalable services, designing new features, and working with modern technologies to solve complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our development team to design and build highly available microservices and backend systems using tools like SpringBoot, Kafka, and AWS.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including pair programming, code reviews, and design discussions to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support our existing platforms by troubleshooting issues, implementing performance improvements, and assisting with custom enhancements as business needs evolve.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and August 2026. You should also possess the following:

• Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, with Java or C++ being highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• A proactive work ethic and the ability to work independently.

This position is an on-site role based in the United States.
