The opportunity

This role is a unique chance to step into the world of talent operations and program management. You will be at the heart of our efforts to create a high-impact summer experience that leaves a lasting impression on our interns and their managers. By focusing on both the day-to-day engagement of our intern cohort and the broader redesign of our onboarding workflows, you will gain deep insight into how a company nurtures its talent. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition leadership and various business units to ensure that our programs are not just functional, but truly engaging and meaningful.

A day in the life

• You will take the lead on planning and executing intern events, which includes everything from managing logistics and schedules to curating speaker series that inspire our participants.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for our interns and hiring managers, gathering direct feedback to refine our programming and ensure we hit our goal of a high Net Promoter Score.
• You will contribute to our Employee Lifecycle Project by auditing our current preboarding and onboarding processes to identify friction points and proposing creative solutions that make our new hires feel ready and welcomed from day one.

Who you are

You are a current student who is eager to take ownership of projects and make a tangible impact. You possess strong organizational skills and a natural ability to coordinate complex logistics across different teams. Communication is one of your greatest strengths, and you feel comfortable writing updates, announcements, or blog posts that keep people informed and excited. You are a collaborative spirit who enjoys engaging with others, and you have a keen eye for detail that helps you spot ways to improve existing processes. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as you will be drafting documentation and interacting with stakeholders throughout the organization.
