What you bring

As a mid-level professional working in a full-time, remote capacity based in Colombia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software. You will be working with a diverse tech stack including Java, JavaScript, Appium, Jenkins, and Git to build robust automation solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Designing and executing automated test scripts for POS systems and various platforms to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborating closely with developers through active code reviews and consistent communication to align testing efforts.
• Enhancing our CI/CD pipelines and refining existing automation frameworks to improve overall efficiency and performance.

Requirements

We are searching for a candidate who possesses a strong technical foundation and the ability to communicate effectively in English. You should have at least two years of experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Java. A deep understanding of web, Android, and API automated testing is essential, as is proficiency in JavaScript. We value individuals who are familiar with BDD practices, such as Gherkin and Cucumber, and who bring strong problem-solving skills to the table. While not mandatory, experience with iOS automation and the Spring Framework is highly desirable.
