We are looking for a Senior Interim People Services Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. At boxxe, we believe technology is fundamentally about people. Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR systems, specifically HiBob and SelectHR, while leading data migration and systems integration efforts.
- Take ownership of payroll administration to ensure all processes remain accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and complex TUPE-related activities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience operating as a People Operations Partner or in a similar senior capacity within a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Proven technical proficiency with HR systems, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed large-scale systems integrations.
- Advanced analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data trends and present actionable insights to leadership.
- High-level stakeholder management and communication abilities to influence outcomes and provide pragmatic guidance to managers.
- A resilient, agile mindset with the ability to navigate complex change management and TUPE processes effectively.
