For over 15 years, we have been based in Boulder, Colorado, helping kids discover a lifelong passion for the outdoors through activities like climbing, paddling, hiking, and biking. We are already preparing for our 2026 Summer Camp season and are excited to connect with passionate individuals who want to join our community.
The role
We are currently opening an interest form for senior-level professionals interested in temporary, on-site business operations roles. This is a proactive opportunity for you to get ahead of the curve. By completing this form, you will be the first to receive notifications when our official positions go live later this fall.
Core responsibilities
- Stay informed about upcoming seasonal opportunities across our various program locations.
- Prepare to support our operational needs for our 2026 summer programs, including Day Camps, Expeditions, and Overnight Camps.
- Engage with our mission-driven team to help facilitate outdoor experiences for youth across California, Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.
Skills and experience
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong background in Business Operations. You should be comfortable working in an on-site environment and have a high level of proficiency in English. We value professionals who are organized, mission-aligned, and ready to contribute to the logistics of our outdoor adventure programs.
