We are looking for an Intellectual Property Legal Intern to join our team in Paris. Since 2014, Ledger has become the global leader in digital asset security, with our hardware wallets protecting over 25% of the world's crypto assets for millions of users across 180 countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage our intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, product designs, and domain names.
- Support the protection and launch of our latest products and services.
- Draft and negotiate various commercial and IP-related contracts, such as procurement and licensing agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support our business objectives.
- Handle brand protection matters, including the identification and removal of phishing sites and fraudulent social media accounts.
- Assist our team with evolving legal challenges related to AI, open source software, and Web3.
Must-haves
- Current enrollment as a trainee lawyer or completion of a Master II (BAC+5) in IP or new technologies law.
- Previous, meaningful internship experience focused on intellectual property law.
- Fluency in English for drafting and international collaboration, with operational French skills at a B2 level.
- A proactive, pragmatic, and highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
- An interest in or existing knowledge of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Availability for a 6-month, on-site internship based in Paris.

- A background in engineering or technical studies.
