The role
We are seeking a Senior Intel Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is passionate about the inner workings of blockchain infrastructure. You will serve as a vital contributor to our Intel product, which is a cornerstone of our Enterprise suite. You will be responsible for identifying critical developments across smart contract platforms and Layer-2 networks, turning complex technical updates into actionable insights for our users.
Core responsibilities
- Monitor and synthesize information from project forums, GitHub, Discord, and social media to ensure our users stay informed about every significant update in the ecosystem.
- Produce concise, high-impact research summaries covering over 500 assets, focusing on network launches, protocol upgrades, and key governance adjustments.
- Maintain and improve the documentation frameworks within our Intel and Governor products to ensure our data remains accurate and timely for our enterprise clients.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep curiosity about the crypto industry and a proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. We look for candidates who have:
- Demonstrated experience contributing to or actively using crypto projects.
- A strong grasp of industry terminology, including governance processes for L1 and L2 networks.
- Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage tasks independently and make informed decisions with minimal oversight.
- Bonus points if you have a history of publishing crypto-related content or maintain an active, insightful presence on social media platforms like X.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a salary of $80,000 USD for this position. In addition to your base pay, you will receive equity compensation as part of your total package. You will also enjoy the flexibility of working in a fully remote environment.
