Integrations Intern at Zeotap

Since our founding in Berlin in 2014, we have been on a mission to help brands navigate the complex world of data. We started by providing high-quality data to marketers, but we soon realized that businesses needed more to thrive in an era of strict privacy. This led us to launch our Customer Data Platform in 2020, an AI-native suite built on Google Cloud that helps companies like Amazon, Audi, and Virgin Media O2 create personalized experiences. We are now looking for an Integrations Intern to join our team in India and help us continue building the tools that empower enterprises to unlock the full potential of their customer data.

The opportunity

As an Integrations Intern, you will play a vital role in our engineering and product ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of our technical teams and our external partners, ensuring that our platform connects seamlessly with the tools our customers rely on every day. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience with SaaS architecture and API-driven development while contributing to a product that is shaping the future of the European CDP market.

A day in the life

• You will coordinate with external partners to secure API access and ensure our integrations follow industry best practices.
• You will assist in the development of Product Requirement Documents by collaborating closely with our engineering and product management teams.
• You will perform technical testing and debugging to ensure that our integrations function perfectly across various environments.

Who you are

You are a motivated student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field who is eager to learn. You have a solid grasp of how the web works and are comfortable diving into technical specifications. Specifically, you bring the following to our team:

• A strong understanding of API concepts, including REST, JSON, HTTP, and Webhooks.
• Experience using Postman or similar tools for testing and validating API calls.
• The ability to read, interpret, and create clear technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• A commitment to a minimum 6-month internship period.
