Since 2015, we have grown into a team of 131 people from 19 different countries, all united by our commitment to our customers and our communities. As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are looking for a senior Integration Manager to join us on-site in Cape Town to help us deliver seamless technical projects.
What you'll be doing
- Support the planning and execution of third-party integrations by working alongside our technology teams and external partners.
- Act as a technical liaison to facilitate clear communication, define requirements, and ensure that project milestones are met on time.
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks during the integration process while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any necessary adjustments.

To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative professional who thrives in cross-functional environments. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A strong technical background with exposure to software development.
- Proven experience in business analysis and systems implementation.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our diverse, international team.
- Bonus points if you have previous experience working within the fintech industry or at a rapidly scaling startup.
