With a library of over 25,000 lessons and support from certified live teachers, we empower global businesses to improve communication and collaboration. We are currently looking for a Senior Integration and Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as the primary technical expert for our enterprise clients, bridging the gap between our Go-to-Market and Engineering teams to ensure our solutions integrate seamlessly into customer workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to design technical solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and address the security and integration requirements of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to lead the implementation of API and SSO products while serving as the main point of contact for customer IT teams to resolve access and configuration issues.
- Manage technical RFP responses and contribute to product development by identifying feature gaps and assisting with bug triage using data analysis and logging tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar technical role.
- Deep understanding of identity management protocols, specifically SAML and OIDC.
- Proven ability to support customers with API products and experience navigating security compliance during the pre-sales process.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively via video calls and written documentation.
- Strong technical curiosity and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, with bonus consideration for those proficient in SQL or experienced with identity products like Okta or Active Directory.
- Professional working proficiency in Portuguese is considered a strong asset.
