What you bring
As a Senior Integration Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational health of our e-commerce ecosystem. You will work in a full-time, remote capacity, helping us ensure that data flows seamlessly between our core platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing integration workflows using iPaaS solutions to connect our Shopify storefront with our ERP and WMS systems.
- Proactively monitoring system performance and performing root cause analysis to resolve complex data flow errors.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and test plans, to ensure long-term system stability.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings at least 4 years of experience in systems administration or technical support. You should have a deep understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, along with proficiency in SQL for data validation and Python for automation tasks. A bachelor’s degree is required for this role. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who is comfortable working with Git and version control. You should possess excellent communication skills, as you will be translating technical requirements for various stakeholders across the company. A background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environments is highly valued.
