Integration Analyst at Shift4

We are looking for an Integration Analyst to join our team in Lithuania. In this role, you will help us drive payment growth by creating technical blueprints, supporting partner integrations, and advancing our hardware innovations.

What you'll be doing

• You will perform hands-on quality control testing on new hardware and software applications to ensure they meet all functional requirements.
• You will manage projects from start to finish, which includes developing workflows, monitoring system performance, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• You will act as a key point of contact for technical escalations, working closely with our development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful integrations for our partners.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of relevant experience and a strong drive to learn in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to work effectively under shifting deadlines.
• Proficiency in the Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• A self-motivated, independent work ethic and a high level of attention to detail.
• The flexibility to work evening shifts as needed.
• Experience with POS hardware and software, or a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, would be considered a significant advantage.
