What is this role?
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with one to three years of experience who is eager to support our multi-channel marketing efforts. You will work directly with our Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure our campaigns, events, and digital initiatives are perfectly aligned with our broader business goals.
What will you do?
- Help execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to boost demand and engagement while ensuring every effort supports our core business objectives.
- Partner with our design, content, and digital teams to create high-quality assets like emails, social media posts, landing pages, and event materials that stay true to our brand.
- Manage the logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including vendor coordination and planning, to ensure they provide a seamless experience for our target audiences.

You are a highly organized individual who thrives when managing multiple projects at once. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- One to three years of professional experience in marketing or event coordination.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing principles and familiarity with tools like CRM systems, email platforms, and event software.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work effectively across different departments.
- Fluency in English.
