We are looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our organization is dedicated to the CrossFit community, supporting a vast network of affiliate gyms and providing educational courses that empower fitness enthusiasts worldwide. In this role, you will serve as a vital operator who bridges the gap between strategic vision and tactical execution. You will report to our Director of Integrated Marketing and work closely with our gym and education teams to manage projects from initial concept to final launch, ensuring our brand continues to grow and resonate with our global audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies designed to strengthen the CrossFit brand, specifically focusing on increasing engagement for our affiliate gyms and educational course offerings.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns while managing multiple project timelines and deliverables simultaneously to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal departments like creative, product, and social media, while also maintaining strong relationships with external agencies and influencers to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to design and execute complex, multi-channel marketing plans.
- Direct experience working alongside PR agencies.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a self-starter mindset that thrives in a high-performing, collaborative team.
- A genuine passion for the CrossFit community and lifestyle.
