We are currently looking for a top-tier Insurance Sales Agent to join our high-performing team in Overland Park, Kansas. What you'll be doing
- Manage and close personal lines insurance sales by leveraging your expertise in Homeowners and Dwelling Fire policies.
- Collaborate with a team of elite sales professionals to drive growth and maintain our reputation as a leader in the insurtech space.
- Utilize your technical skills to adapt quickly to our internal tools while providing an exceptional experience to our clients.
What you'll bring
- At least 2 years of experience as a high-performing, licensed Property and Casualty insurance producer.
- An active P&C insurance license in your resident state.
- A strong command of English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A self-starting attitude, a competitive drive for results, and the ability to thrive under accountability.
- Proficiency with modern technology and a willingness to learn new systems rapidly.
What you'll get
