Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package with an expected first-year earning range of 65,000 USD to 75,000 USD. Beyond the first year, our top producers typically earn between 75,000 USD and 100,000 USD or more. Our structure includes uncapped commissions, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your motivation and results.
