We are currently looking for an experienced Instrument, Electrical, and Controls Engineering Lead to join our team in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia, on a full-time, on-site basis.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage all electrical and instrumentation controls activities, ensuring that every project meets our high technical standards for efficiency and safety.
- You will lead the basic and detailed engineering for Capex projects, which includes developing control concepts to optimize plant automation and performance.
- You will coordinate closely with project teams and external contractors to oversee site execution while maintaining strict adherence to budget and time schedules.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this executive-level role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience working within industrial processes at a continuous process plant.
- Deep technical expertise in industrial automation, including DCS, SIL, SIF, ATEX, drive technology, and high-to-low voltage electrical systems.
- Proficiency in process measurement and control technology, along with a strong command of project management tools like MS Project and SAP.
- A proven track record of leadership, integrity, and the ability to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build consensus and inspire trust within your team.
