What you bring

As a Senior Instrument and Electrical Engineer, you will play a vital role in our full-time, on-site operations in Gresik, Indonesia. Your expertise in engineering and troubleshooting will be essential to maintaining our plant's reliability and performance. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving complex instrument and electrical equipment issues to ensure continuous production.
• Collaborating closely with our technicians to provide technical guidance and maintain high operational standards.
• Overseeing the maintenance and monitoring of critical electrical systems, including transformers, switch gears, and control loops.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. We require a deep understanding of electricity up to 20 kV, along with extensive experience in programming and operating DCS systems from manufacturers like Emerson, Honeywell, or Yokogawa. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively across our teams. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who acts with integrity, takes full ownership of their results, and possesses an unwavering commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
