About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Institutional Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key member of our global Institutional Business Development team, focusing specifically on growing our presence and client base within the APAC region. You will manage a portfolio of corporate and VIP clients, acting as a primary point of contact to drive platform volume and revenue while ensuring our users receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep relationships with institutional and VIP clients to increase their trading activity, platform loyalty, and overall liquidity.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from identifying and onboarding new prospective clients to guiding them through their initial trading experience.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and insights, then collaborating with our product and engineering teams to propose platform improvements.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong background in financial services and a deep passion for the digital currency space. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing high-value client relationships within the financial services or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in trading Bitcoin or other asset classes, with a preference for candidates who already possess an active roster of crypto clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of personal accountability, and the ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using presentation and spreadsheet software to track activity and report on client needs.
- Professional fluency in English.
Location
This position is based on-site in Hong Kong.
