Your mission

Lead the CoinTracker institutional products to make CoinTracker the one-stop-shop for institutional crypto tax compliance.

Your one-year outcomes

• CoinTracker is the turn-key solution for crypto tax compliance for brokers.

  • Brokers can seamlessly, reliably, and intuitively reconcile their user’s crypto transactions, generate and file tax forms for their users, including 1099-DA forms.

  • 5 new integrations with institutional clients of CoinTracker.

  • 100% retention of institutional clients.

• CoinTracker is the go-to 1099-DA solution for the crypto tax space.

  • $2M in revenue in FY26

  • $10M in revenue in FY27

What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end across ideation, market & user research, cross-functional decision making and alignment, design, implementation, verification, launch & rollout, user validation, and further iteration

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Own or lead product decisions

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Experience, Tax

The starting salary for this position is between $185,000 - $215,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

We have minimal process, and the majority of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Figma, Github, Google Meet, Linear, Notion, Slack, Zendesk.
