Role at a glance
This is a Senior Inside Sales Representative position based on a full-time schedule. You will be working on-site in the United States, where you will serve as a vital link between our sales department and our valued clients.
Your impact
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, including price quotes, stock checks, and product information.
- Manage the end-to-end order process, which includes handling manual and EDI entries, processing RMAs, and overseeing credit or debit memos.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams like Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Shipping to ensure seamless operations and support for our Area Sales Managers.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a master of organization and clear communication. We require the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service environments.
- Strong proficiency in Order Processing and EDI systems.
- A proactive mindset to handle backlog maintenance, POS reconciliation, and complex reporting tasks like budget tracking and performance analysis.
