The role
We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Columbus, Ohio. This is a vital position focused on driving growth by connecting prospective customers with our insurance agents. We pride ourselves on a culture of internal promotion, and we designed this role to provide a clear path for career advancement, with the goal of moving you into a new position within 6 to 8 months.
Core responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to engage prospective clients, navigate objections, and qualify leads for our insurance agents.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with potential customers across phone, email, and text communication channels.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively by maintaining organized records, tracking follow-up tasks, and meeting specific targets for conversions and quality.
Skills and experience
You do not need a college degree to succeed here, as we value drive and work ethic above all else. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting creative and effective emails.
- The resilience to handle adversity and the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition to consumers.
- Fluency in English and current authorization to work in the United States.
