Key outcomes
- Manage the complete sales cycle for SMB and mid-market opportunities with efficiency and precision.
- Proactively qualify inbound leads and nurture opportunities sourced through our partner ecosystem.
- Conduct research and utilize the BANT framework to prospect new accounts effectively.
- Follow up promptly on demo requests, software downloads, and partner referrals.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive data within our Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and our marketing team to ensure smooth pipeline handoffs.
- Represent our brand by participating in industry events, webinars, and partner forums.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in inside sales, business development, or as an SDR/BDR.
- Direct experience working within the SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem is required.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a distributed, international environment.
- A structured and proactive approach to outreach, with strong listening and qualification skills.
- A self-starting mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
