What’s your role?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you help drive the momentum behind our growth. You’ll qualify inbound and partner-sourced leads, prospect new ones, and close SMB and mid-market opportunities that keep our pipeline healthy and moving.

This is a high-energy, high-impact role. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Marketing to turn curiosity into connection, and connection into opportunity.

Your day-to-day:

  • Follow up on demo requests, downloads, and partner referrals

  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture ecosystem opportunities

  • Prospect new accounts using research and the BANT framework

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market opportunities with speed and care

  • Collaborate with AEs on pipeline and weekly handoffs

  • Keep Salesforce data clean, complete, and up to date

  • Represent FinDock in events, webinars, and partner forums

What makes you a great fit?

Experience:
3+ years in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or business development. SaaS or Salesforce or Salesforce Ecosystem experience is a requirement
Skills:
You’re structured, proactive, and persuasive. You craft clear outreach, listen with purpose, and qualify leads with confidence.

Mindset:
You’re a curious, driven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring energy, spot potential, and follow through with care. Always learning, always improving,  that’s how you work.

Language:
You write and speak English fluently, and work comfortably in a distributed, international team.
