We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Key outcomes

  • Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound efforts and inbound leads, using persuasive communication to build lasting partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and platform demonstrations to the long-term development of your client portfolio.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our platform to effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
  • Maintain a high level of organization within our CRM, ensuring your sales pipeline is accurate and your performance targets are consistently met.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze customer behavior, allowing you to refine your approach and secure stronger results.
  • Collaborate closely with our field sales, strategy, and customer success teams to drive collective growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within an inside sales or business development capacity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to various client needs and situations.
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Slack.
  • Fluency in German is required, and professional proficiency in English is essential.
  • A team-oriented approach and a desire to take ownership of your professional development.
