About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by managing inbound inquiries, nurturing distributor partnerships, and cultivating new operator relationships. You will work closely with our field sales and marketing teams to ensure our sales goals are met while managing the production of essential sales materials and overseeing our event activations and trade show presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations, including digital outreach, emails, and calls, while tracking all interactions and opportunities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our field sales team to support account onboarding, sampling coordination, and the creation of high-impact sales presentations and collateral.
- Take ownership of our event strategy, including trade shows, promotional campaigns, and virtual tastings, while managing external agencies and associated budgets.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who brings a blend of sales expertise and organizational precision to our team. You should have at least two years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, ideally within the foodservice or distribution sectors. You should be comfortable navigating CRM software and Excel, and you must possess a strong understanding of the foodservice ecosystem, including brokers and operators. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of managing event processes from initial concept through to performance reporting.

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
