The opportunity

We are searching for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing tele-sales team. In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for potential clients across the European market. Your mission is to identify new business opportunities by spotting real estate triggers and connecting with key decision-makers. You will play a crucial role in our growth by qualifying leads and setting the stage for our Business Development and Client Relations teams to succeed. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position perfect for someone who loves to influence outcomes and build meaningful professional relationships.

A day in the life

  • You will proactively research and target key accounts across Europe, using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage with decision-makers in facilities and real estate.
  • You will manage your pipeline and prospect status with precision, ensuring all interactions and data are accurately tracked within our Salesforce CRM.
  • You will conduct high-quality outreach via phone and email to uncover project requirements, ultimately booking qualified meetings for our broader sales team.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with a background in B2B sales or tele-sales, and you understand how to navigate the complexities of client engagement. You possess a resilient spirit, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor even when faced with challenges. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using modern sales technology. Because our work spans the continent, you must be fluent in English, and if you have additional European language skills, that would be a significant advantage.
