We are evolving into a comprehensive Quality Engineering platform, moving beyond our initial no-code test automation tool to include generative AI-driven test design and professional quality assurance services. As the global software market shifts rapidly toward agile development, the need for automated testing has never been greater. We are looking for a driven Senior Inside Sales professional to join our team in Japan and help us capture this massive global market.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively reach out to new enterprise-level clients through cold calling, email, and social media to secure high-quality business meetings.
- Manage and nurture leads while collaborating with our marketing and sales teams to refine our targeting strategies and outreach methods.
- Utilize HubSpot for list management and perform data analysis to optimize your sales approach and maximize the success of your outbound campaigns.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales or inside sales, specifically targeting large enterprises.
- A proven track record of securing meetings with cold prospects by focusing on solution selling and addressing specific client challenges rather than relying on simple cold calling.
- The ability to maintain high performance and consistent activity levels in a hybrid work environment.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and at least a foundational level of English, or a strong willingness to actively improve your English skills.
- A self-starting mindset characterized by the ability to set ambitious goals and execute realistic plans to achieve them.
