We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Business Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding sales team at CallMiner. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating high-quality opportunities for our field sales directors. We specialize in advanced speech recognition and analytics technology, and we need a motivated professional who is ready to help us grow our market presence through proactive outreach and strategic lead management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated from our website, webinars, and various industry tradeshows.
- Collaborate closely with assigned directors to build and execute effective prospecting plans, including crafting compelling email and voicemail messaging.
- Maintain a high level of daily activity by making at least 70 calls to prospective clients while effectively articulating our company value proposition.
Requirements
- You must have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, ideally within the software industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or business is preferred, though equivalent professional training and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with essential business tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and the Microsoft Office suite is required.
- You should possess a disciplined approach to goal setting and daily activity planning, along with the ability to be coached and mentored.
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary, as you will need to persuade and interact effectively with prospects over the phone.
- Previous experience with call center operations or analytics technology is considered a significant plus.
