We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Peterborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a growth-minded professional to manage a diverse portfolio of UK-based clients while driving new business acquisition in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key outcomes
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of over 500 clients, focusing on retention, increasing wallet share, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics to identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your existing client base.
- Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with the marketing team to launch effective growth and win-back campaigns.
- Drive new business acquisition by leveraging marketing-qualified leads and customer referrals through phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing structures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our CRM systems to track KPIs, including call volume and conversion rates.
- Support middle office functions by addressing customer queries and promoting our self-service platform models to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of progressive B2B inside sales or account management experience, ideally within the financial services, fintech, or payments sectors.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and a tech-savvy approach to using digital sales enablement tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently while remaining agile in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience working within the payments industry or broader financial services sector is highly desirable.
