Our selective approach means we interview one hundred candidates to present just two for each client role, ensuring we build lasting partnerships with the businesses we serve.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level Inside B2B Sales Representative position. The role is performed entirely remotely and focuses on generating new client relationships for our BPO services.
What will you do?
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social platforms, and networking events to identify new business opportunities.
- Understand each prospect's needs, present tailored BPO solutions, and schedule appointments with key decision-makers to move deals forward.
- Track all sales activity in our CRM, collaborate with internal teams on client onboarding, and consistently work toward revenue targets.
