Our team is a specialized group of engineers working in the heart of Munich, and we are looking for someone to join our People team to help us grow our mission-driven organization.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Inhouse Recruiter to join us on a part-time basis for a 12-month period. You will be based on-site in our Munich office, where you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy, specifically focusing on engineering and technical roles. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, which involves everything from sourcing and CV screening to coordinating and conducting interviews for hardware, software, and project management positions.
- Collaborating closely with our hiring managers and department leads to refine candidate profiles and execute effective, data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Representing our company brand across social media and professional channels to build a robust network of qualified engineers in the e-mobility and electronics sectors.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a university degree and a strong background in active sourcing for technical profiles within the automotive or engineering industries. We value candidates who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent communication skills in English, while proficiency in German is considered a significant asset. We are looking for a charismatic professional who can build lasting relationships and thrive while navigating the complexities of a growing, innovative company.
What we offer
Joining our team means becoming part of an agile, innovative environment where you will gain deep insights into battery management and electronic development. We provide a supportive culture that values your individual contribution and professional growth. Our benefits include:
- Hybrid work arrangements and trust-based working hours.
- The flexibility to work from anywhere for up to six weeks per year.
- Commuter benefits, including a public transport ticket and bike-leasing options.
- Access to fitness facilities, including a local gym or EGYM Wellpass.
- Daily fresh lunches, snacks, and drinks prepared by our on-site chef.
- Opportunities to participate in fun team events and receive company-branded gear.
