What you bring

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer working on a contractor basis in Canada, you will serve as the backbone of our technical operations. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the network architecture that allows our game studios to thrive without technical interruptions. Your expertise in Technology, Network Engineering, and Network Architecture will be essential as you manage our critical systems. Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and maintaining robust network architectures that support game development, testing, and operational efficiency.
• Configuring and optimizing network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, to ensure minimal latency.
• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting complex issues to minimize downtime for our development teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of proven experience in network engineering, ideally within high-traffic or gaming environments. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and content delivery networks. You should be proficient in managing enterprise-grade equipment like Cisco hardware. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are vital, as is the ability to communicate effectively across our diverse team. Proficiency in English and French is required, while knowledge of Chinese is considered a significant asset. Candidates holding certifications such as CCNP or NSE are highly encouraged to apply.
