We are a well-funded company backed by prominent venture capital firms such as Foundation Capital and Amplify Partners, and we are looking for a senior Infrastructure Engineer to help us refine the product experience for our enterprise users.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain the infrastructure that allows enterprises to successfully adopt and scale Metaflow.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD systems and deployment workflows using modern tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments and Kubernetes clusters to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Architect secure networking and authentication solutions that meet the rigorous requirements of our enterprise clients.
• Contribute to thoughtful product design by applying your engineering expertise to solve complex user challenges.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in building modern DevOps tools and establishing industry best practices.
• Deep technical proficiency with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• A strong grasp of networking, security, and authentication constructs.
• Fluency in English to facilitate effective collaboration within our global team.
• A commitment to high-performance standards and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

We provide a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $250,000. In addition to this base pay, the role includes equity and comprehensive benefits. We are committed to offering top-of-market compensation for our size, and we will provide specific details regarding equity during the offer stage.
