What is this role?

We are looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to residents of California, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. In this role, you will focus on building the tools and automation that empower our feature teams to manage their own solutions from initial commit through to deployment.

What will you do?

• Architect, automate, and maintain our core infrastructure using industry-standard platforms like AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Enhance our build, test, and deployment pipelines to streamline development workflows and increase overall efficiency.
• Develop internal tools that improve developer productivity while serving as a key point of contact for triaging and resolving platform issues.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least two years of experience in cloud engineering with a strong emphasis on operations and coding. We value candidates who possess a solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and a proven ability to manage containers in production. You should be comfortable working in a Linux environment and possess strong scripting skills. Familiarity with our primary technology stack, including Python, Elasticsearch, Postgres, Kafka, Jenkins, and OpenResty, will help you hit the ground running. Most importantly, we look for individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and passionate about staying current with evolving industry best practices.
