We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. At Observe, our mission is to transform business data into actionable information. Our SaaS observability platform ingests logs, metrics, and traces to help engineering teams identify the root causes of application issues, whether they stem from recent code releases or underlying infrastructure performance. By leveraging an elastic cloud architecture, we help our customers minimize downtime and focus more on building new features.
Responsibilities
- Design, enhance, and monitor our production infrastructure hosted on AWS.
- Take the lead on incident response and participate in our on-call rotation.
- Manage our build, test, and deployment tooling while identifying and mitigating potential security vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in an SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Security role.
- Strong proficiency with orchestration systems such as Kubernetes or Nomad.
- Extensive experience managing cloud infrastructure at scale using Terraform and Ansible.
- Solid coding skills in Python, Go, or a similar language.
- A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies while solving complex problems.
