We are now looking for a talented engineer to help us revolutionize data curation across various modalities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our core team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with our founders to shape our product roadmap and drive critical technical decisions. You will lead the development of our data infrastructure, focusing on multi-cloud support, deployment models, and the systems that power our training and inference capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build robust development and production platforms that ensure high levels of reliability and security at scale.
• Architect and deploy our core infrastructure while maintaining support for multiple cloud providers and diverse deployment environments.
• Empower our engineering team by creating high-quality tooling and systems that accelerate productivity and provide a best-in-class developer experience.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who takes pride in building secure, scalable systems and is comfortable owning problems from start to finish. You should possess the following qualifications:

• Significant experience in designing and building large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency with BASH, Kubernetes, Python, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments.
• Expertise in debugging complex issues across the stack, including networking, hardware, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
• A collaborative, humble mindset with a drive to help the team succeed.
• Bonus points for experience building data infrastructure from the ground up at a startup or working specifically on ML/DL infrastructure.

Location

This position is based in Redwood City, CA. We operate on an on-site basis, with team members in the office four days a week.

Compensation and Benefits

We believe in rewarding our team with highly competitive compensation. The salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $250,000, supplemented by significant equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
