What you bring

As a senior member of our team, you will play a critical role in evolving our IT infrastructure. You will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity, collaborating closely with our leadership and enterprise architecture groups to align technology with our long-term business goals. Your expertise in technology, database systems, Unix, DevOps, containerization, database design, networking, and security frameworks will be essential to our success.

Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies to ensure they align with our future business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design cost-effective, high-integrity solutions that meet our rigorous standards.
Lead the Infrastructure Architect Forum to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide expert mentorship across project lifecycles.

Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional who holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. You should bring at least ten years of IT experience, with a minimum of five years in a senior technical lead role. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and enterprise-grade database systems. You must be comfortable working with cloud platforms and have a solid grasp of security frameworks and IT audit standards. Strong communication skills in English are required, along with a collaborative mindset and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams.
