We are looking for a Senior InfoSec and IT Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. At Topsort, we are transforming the e-commerce industry by providing advanced growth media infrastructure. Our goal is to make advertising smart and accessible for everyone, moving away from outdated tracking methods. We operate as a high-speed, collaborative team that values direct communication and bold decision-making. This position is hybrid and available to candidates located in the United States or Chile.

Responsibilities

Design and uphold robust information security policies and standards to safeguard our company assets and data.
Take charge of our IT operations, which includes overseeing network security, software deployment, and device management.
Maintain strict adherence to industry standards, specifically SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT and security management.
Deep familiarity with Rippling for account provisioning and device management.
Proven expertise in incident response protocols and core cybersecurity principles.
Practical knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Previous experience working in a startup or technology company environment is highly preferred, as are relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
