Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Systems Analyst to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who is ready to lead our internal ERP initiatives and manage our core technology operations. Your impact
- Serve as our in-house lead for MUNIS, managing and optimizing this critical ERP system to ensure it meets our organizational needs.
- Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of our information systems to ensure our technology investments are effective and secure.
- Provide expert technical support and training to our end-users while collaborating across departments to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in an IT Systems Analyst role or a similar capacity.
- Advanced knowledge of the MUNIS system or a comparable ERP platform is strongly preferred.
- A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in database management, network configuration, system integration, and project management.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Solid understanding of IT security standards and compliance protocols.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Perks and compensation
