Role at a glance

This is an Information Technology Internship designed for a student currently pursuing their degree. You will work on-site in the United States during the fall semester, gaining direct exposure to the systems and networks that power our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to our core infrastructure.

Your impact

• You will serve as a first point of contact for end-users, helping them troubleshoot and resolve various hardware and software challenges.
• You will take an active role in the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our computer systems, peripherals, and network infrastructure.
• You will assist our IT staff in monitoring network performance and security, ensuring our systems remain resilient and up to date through regular patches and upgrades.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to dive into the world of IT. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program focused on Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A solid grasp of IT fundamentals, including how computer systems and networks function.
• Familiarity with common software and operating systems, such as Office365.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to help you collaborate effectively with our team.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage your own tasks when working on self-directed projects.
• Fluency in English.
