About the Role

We are hiring for a Full Time Information Technology Intern to work directly from our office. This position is designed for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and will play a vital role in supporting our internal infrastructure and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software across our office systems.
• Provide direct, in-person support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our users.
• Maintain accurate records by documenting processes and managing our hardware and software inventory.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills. We require the following qualifications:

• At least two years of college or trade school education in a computer, business, or communications field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• A minimum of six months of experience in computer desktop support within a networked environment.
• A commitment to the internship for at least six months, with the potential for this to transition into a permanent role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• The physical ability to lift 25 pounds and the professional demeanor to maintain a business casual appearance.
• The ability to pass both a drug screen and a background check.

Location

This is an on-site position located in the United States. Please note that we do not offer remote work options for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is $41,600 per year, which equates to $20 per hour. Please be aware that benefits are not included with this internship.
