What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior IT Generalist to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position where you will serve as a key member of our technology team. You will be responsible for maintaining our systems and ensuring that our staff has the tools they need to provide the best possible care to our residents.

What will you do?

• You will provide both hands-on and remote support for workstations, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved quickly.
• You will be responsible for repairing, rebuilding, and replacing desktop and laptop systems to keep our operations running smoothly.
• You will manage our technical documentation, including inventory tracking and maintaining accurate records for our helpdesk database.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You hold a BS degree in an IT or business-related field, or you have equivalent professional experience.
• You possess an A+ certification, and any additional IT certifications are considered a plus.
• You are highly proficient with the MS Office suite and have practical experience working with Active Directory and Windows OS.
• You have a solid understanding of network cabling and hardware maintenance.
• You are a clear communicator with a positive attitude and a sharp eye for detail.
• You are comfortable participating in a rotating after-hours support schedule with your teammates.
