Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be responsible for overseeing our network, servers, and mission-critical systems while collaborating with our R&D teams to advance our data processing capabilities. We need someone who is ready to take ownership of our IT strategy and provide immediate support for our local and remote users.
Your impact
- Architect and optimize our company-wide infrastructure, including on-premise and cloud environments, while maintaining strict security and privacy standards for sensitive health data.
- Lead data engineering initiatives by developing and supporting complex analysis pipelines, managing large datasets, and overseeing the tools that keep our information flowing smoothly.
- Direct IT operations by managing project timelines, budgets, and disaster recovery plans, while supervising contracted staff to ensure our network, workstations, and help desk services run at peak performance.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of modern IT ecosystems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Network Management and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and the development of data processing pipelines.
- Expertise in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and corporate security protocols.
- A proven track record in Help Desk management and troubleshooting mission-critical systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- The ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
