Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Application Support Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located in the United States. You will be the go-to person for optimizing our business processes and ensuring our applications run smoothly while providing top-tier support to our internal customers.

Your impact

• You will consult with users, vendors, and infrastructure teams to analyze system performance and ensure we meet our service metrics.
• You will take the lead on identifying the root cause of technical issues and proactively recommend enhancements to improve overall application quality.
• You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and within budget while serving as a key tester for new application developments.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for leaders and team members alike. We are looking for someone with a customer-centric mindset who enjoys troubleshooting and data analysis. While a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred, equivalent experience is also highly valued. You should have a solid grasp of SQL and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can lift up to 25 pounds and maintain focus during periods of deep work. Proficiency in English is required.
